Wüsthof's European-style blades exhibit a 14.5° edge angle per side, finished off with a comfortable ergonomic handle made from POM - a durable material with tight molecular structure to resist fading, discolouration and build-up of insanitary material.

The full tang, an extension of the blade under the handle, gives the knife reliable stability and optimum balance."
